INI Elite Basic Info: Time zone: UTC / GMT+1 Faction: Terran Republic Server Location: Europe Short description: We will be looking for teamplayers to join us as we reignite the flame of our organised (often behind the lines) operations in Planetside 2. Member Target: There is no target. We want people who are a good fit and improve our enjoyment and outfit effectiveness. Website: http://www.ini-elite.co.uk How will the outfit play in Planetside 2? We'll be looking to reestablish ourselves as a rapid-response outfit, primarily utilising Galaxy Hotdrops. What does the outfit offer? Fame, glory, girls, but mostly a laugh. What sort of members does INI Elite look for? Communicative, active teamplayers. We're a community, not just an outfit. Are you playing any games together now or what are you doing in the lead up to PlanetSide 2? Playing a few various games and generally being excited about Planetside 2. What are any initial requirements? Be cool. Always come on our Mumble server when you play. We'd prefer peoples' voices to have broken already. What should a potential recruit do if they want to join? Follow us on Facebook & Twitter. Once the website is complete we'll have a publicly available forum. As far as ingame recruitment goes, there is always a trial period for anyone new to see compatibility etc. There's no "right" criteria. About your outfit and its history. Formed in July 2003 on Werner. We made a nice reputation for ourselves on the Werner server for rapid response, hotdrops and other special operations to allow the main force to advance. We feel now is the time to announce our second coming, and hope to find a handful of like-minded Terrans that may join us on Auraxis v2.0. Not all of us are twitch players, the fact is you don't need to be. We have always had a strong emphasis on teamplay and cooperation. Everyone finds their niche and brings something to the team. That's the focus. The team. Last edited by Radaeron; 2012-06-24 at 09:10 AM. Reason: Clarified title |

Played Planetside from the beta, under the name Dominus. Been gaming with INI since 2004.
No game has came close to the experience of PlanetSide, though for me CoD4 promod was a load of fun. It's worth mentioning too that we have been to several of the iSeries LAN events (i27, i28, i31 and i34) and will likely start attending again next year. Also, TotalBiscuit gave us a good word here!

We regularly get around 10 members on our mumble server every night, but there are roughly 30+ members total currently and we're still waiting for a few of our old vets to get back in touch.
As the beta launches and PS2 gets released we expect to be fielding at least 15-20 every night and we are currently recruiting (obviously) so we will be getting more active. I'd like to stress that we're not a zerg outfit though so once we manage to get enough numbers to field a full platoon on a nightly basis we will close recruitment. In PS1 we were a tight knit group who kicked ass in the face of being out-manned and out-gunned and we aim to do the same in PS2! |
