Im pretty sure most goons are going Vanu. However the PS2 goon "division" doesn't look as organized as their others.....YET ...most likely.

Not sure what you're asking exactly, but read the original post. Players having metagame reasons to fight gives motivations for empire fighting an conquest that isn't otherwise there.
