and only posting here now, out of boredom, ad the faint hope that serpus actually lives nearby

The beauty of actually not being a PUNK, is that I dont weigh 110 lbs, and sit in my room all day, throwing insults and trying as hard as I can to pi$$ people off....

simple...i can be at a public place in 5 minutes
i dont want to hurt this kid, lol
theres no way this kid would SO MUCH as blink in my direction when he saw me,
any sane person would see this is FAR from a threat.
that would be like me threatening to beat up a 2 year old, its pointless, and has no merrit.
If I wanted, I could squash the 2 year old.

I would never threaten anyone,
i am merely asking this kid if he would like to meet the person he has been inciting this whole time.

to imply, is not to actually do,

assault means that he must have felt legitimately threatened by something I did or said,

I dont even know where this kid lives,
how can he feel legitimately threatened?
go back to law school.

Certaintly, however, if I said something like I was going to meet him outside HIS school tommorow, to "talk" as I say...THAT could be "implied" as assault

in order for a case to be brought to court,
there must be a tort,
where is the tort in this situation? who has been "wronged"?

also,
now after what I've said, if serpus actually showed up to this "meeting"
his actions, having known what could happen at this "meeting" could lead to an assualt on me.
possibly even pre meditated battery for actually showing up and causing a scene (If he actually hurt me)


Like I said, an invitiation, to meet, nothing more.

I hinted towards the possibility IF HE decided to take that road,
but I IN NO WAY threatened violense upon him,

Its like getting kicked out of an amusement park for bad behavior/breaking a rule (climbing on something).

You pay, then they boot you, thereby denying you what you paid for.

It is your own fault.

The only "legal" recourse is to sue Sony for damages, and prove in a civil court that you were banned without breaking any rule.

In other words, you have no chance that route.

Another word of advice, don't insult the people you're trying to get sympathy/help from.
