UAVs and other command options

Although I know that there is little need for the sit-back general types manly because there are many people who want to be the commander but only a few that know how. However I was kinda miffed that the MT were only good for autobinding and recalling rematrixing squads while the CUD can EMP, scan for foes/friends and even call down orbital strikes. So I was thinking of mabey some other base type supports that squad leaders and commanders can use.
These abilities should be restricted to squad/platoon/outfit leaders to prevent spamming (not like that didn't happen with the OS. Who wants to wait in que for the vehicle pad?)
Such as a scout UAV. this is a quick flying remote control drone that can get on the spot intell. Other thing might be a patrol drone. A remote controled drone that can only stay within the base but basicly can be piloted and shoot back at intruders. And ofcourse last but not least security cameras for base or helmet cameras for squad members.
