I don't know if I just missed this before, or what, but the minimap looks a LOT like BF3's. Now, on the surface, that's not a problem. What is a problem is that when you actually use it, it sucks. The zoom levels are never quite right, the icons for dead teammates that need a revive are huge and block your ability to see enemies(or even terrain features), and so on.

They can put it in the same spot as BF3 and have it look like it, but hopefully they don't make the same functional mistakes.

It's always looked like that in eveyr SS we've seen with a minimap, and in the GDC gameplay.

I love these screenshots. No more straight blue color scheme.
Just wish the map was multi color as well.*sigh* One can hope.

Dude, the mini map sucks so hard. Get us a planetside1 or BF2 style minimap.

Yeah, I am not a big fan of the blue/unreadable/non-detailed minimaps.

Also, what's with two of the three devs playing games instead of doing work. ^_^
