trying to just have a link to his music, it generates the youtube and the window by just putting youtube links into the post

If you go to share and then select the short link it wont embed a youtube video.

Depends on the beta, I'm pretty sure they arn't going to mind people posting up awesome amazing videos of huge battles to get other people interested in the game. In the original open beta IIRC they let you share screenshots and vids as much as you like.

We know nothing about what the beta restrictions will be as of yet. If there is in fact an NDA Notser can just create a video when it's lifted.

I have to disagree. The only official word I have seen is that all beta information will be confidential and you can only share and talk about the game with other beta participants in a beta forum they are setting up that only beta testers have access to.

too many people will be touching the Planetside 2 beta for it to be under a NDA, it is one thing to have 10,000 total players under a NDA versus the entire planetside population. it will be open much like tribes ascend was when it was in closed beta. beta for Planetside 2 will be more about tweaking damage, testing server stability, and tweaking the store. I'll be shocked if Planetside 2 beta is under a NDA
