So apparently I never took screenshots of any of the ps1 maps. No idea why, I guess I always had the tactics in my head. I'm working on writing a thing about how the lattices were used to control the zerg to explain to the CoD and bf people in the ps2 forum, and I need a screenshot of the current amerish lattice as my google-fu has failed me so far. Also a screenshot of the cyssor map, with a focus on Gunuku would be nice, but is entirely secondary.

I got all the maps on file with all SOIs disabled, used them for creating my own lattice maps. If you want them, PM me your email.

Hey, I'm not at my main desktop at the moment... but I will be soon.

I have all of the maps properly extracted and converted from the PS texture archives. I also have all of the radar overlays and UI elements. I'll re-upload them to my server when I get back.

Hey Secant, do you still have that collection of all the PS1 wallpapers you made? Specifically the one with the mossy?

I dunno where my maps zip went... theres a 50% res one in /ps/maps/ though called HALFGLOBAL.jpg; its still 18750x14064 resolution though.

jeez i really was bored in 2008... literally "Photoshop Class" at a community college to me just meant more time to practice some 3D modeling/rigging/compositing/mixing skills.

How about the voice macro sound files? I could maybe setup a soundboard and play them out over proximity chat to show these noobs how useful vm's can be.

Sure; I can't actually upload the whole voice macro/sound fx file due to crazy legal restrictions on audio, but I can upload the extractor I wrote for them so you can pull them out of the 3dsounds.wav and 3dsounds.idx file yourself.

Well, I'm not going to be subbed to PlanetSide 1 for that much longer so I figured if anyone wants in-game pictures of the current state of the game for nostalgic purposes or whatever, ask away. The game really does look beautiful in my opinion, especially with no HUD.
