Actually, there are many ways to look at it.

One way is that since it is a private organization, they have the right to establish rules people need to abide by to enjoy their service.

They chose to boot you. That is their right.

It may be unfair, but it is their right.

Another word of advice, try to avoid speaking in absolutes. "No other way to look at it". "Never", "always", "everyone", etc. Speaking in absolutes generally makes your message appear exaggerated, and is therefore not taken as seriously.

now they're telling me something different

they told me it was taken care of,
and I would be un suspended within an hour or so

im sorry your parents beat you when you were young, but theres no reason the rest of the world should divy out such harsh punishments for such minor infractions.

Now back to the credit card billing issue
besides the fact I can call visa,
what about the fact that they are RESTIRCTING my access to my account account billing information?
Regardless of whether they dont charge me tommorow..will they autocharge me saturday, or whenever the ban is lifted?
and will they give me ample time between the time they lift the ban and let me access my credit card info, and the time the actually charge me?

I doubt it...its going to be instant...
they're going to lift the ban, and charge me immediately,
theres no way I can erase my credit card info, or cancel the billing
as sooon as the ban is lifted, im charged

they cant FORCE me to pay for an extra month, which is what this will do.

'Tis a shady topic. On the one hand you paid for a game that is essentially now 3 pretty coasters. You literally can't play this game single player.

On the other hand you agreed they had the power to do this repeatedly by clicking yes on that agreement.

Then again on the other hand you can't even write coherent posts so I guess I'm not going to cry myself to sleep about this happening to you /shrug
