An interesting continent

If I was good at drawing I would draw and post it up.

But my idea of a new continent would add such a new twist to strategy.

Because we do not know what the other two continents, it would be hard to say what the enviroment should be. My idea for this continent would be to have an area, that is around half the size of the others. Why? Because it'll be multi-layered!! I would say two layers is best because of the concept behind base take overs.

Each base that you capture has to have both layers captured to capture one base. So say base one has the NC capturing the lower half, they have access to an elevator to get fast access to the top half, otherwise you'd have to take the transporters sectioned away from the important bases. Because of the size of the map, only one auraxiam base should be in the middle to capture. Making this continent a must have to tip the balance of resources.

Comments will be welcomed and if you can further suggest idea's that would be great.

No. Sounds like the caves currently existing in PS1.

We could call the continent Oshur.

Seems a bit convoluted tbh m8. I can see players avoiding a continent like that much like what occurs in PS1 with the caves and the battle islands.

Fyi @ Anubisstargate: We do know what the other 2 launch continents will be. Devs have mentioned them several times.

Amerish: Lush continent with forests and possibly jungles

Esamir: Continent of ice, snow and tundra. T-ray even showed a piece of concept art for this one.

I'd like subterranean caverns that are massive, large enough to have complete bases, but are not segregated from the surface.

It's Scottish highlands god damn it! You had better start running because the art department has put a price on your head.
