Planetside Already for sale

I was in a mall the other day and I saw a PlanetSide box that was being used to solicet the game for you to reserve it already. It not only had pictures but had the specs needed for the games as well. Has anyone else seen this it came to a complete shock to me I thought the specs werent even released yet. The only specs I can remember are
1)1.0 Ghz processor
2)512 RAm
3)Geforce 2 64MB video card

No it was no dream I clearly saw the game for sale it had an big letter at the top INTERNEt GAME MUST HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION TO PLAY and it said that there was a 30 day game trial.

maybe they designed the box already and sent it out for places to advertise. I've seen that a lot before.

I was in a mall in Anchorage and I saw a poster for planetside and it said End Q1 in the corner and it had a VS MAX and some other dude on it, I wanted to steal it and hang it up in my room, but when I tried to grab it the guy at the counter slapped my hand with a ruler

it hurt.

I've seen the big PS box at EB Games everytime I've been in there in the past month. It has a Vanu MAX and maybe a Vanu reinforced (?) in a grassy terrain setting.

Ive seen the same setup in the Columbia mall at eb games. Im going to preorder my copy sometime this week at the mall or maybe just the walmart up the street.

Preordered mine last weekend, they have had adds in magazines and stores this past month. Think the total was just over 50 bucks, your not gonna find it anywhere for less the 40.

So, i have a receit to stare at until release/beta. Sigh

i saw a thing on ign it was free shiping and ten bucks off. i didn't hve the money and it was only like 14hours b4 it ended ... i guess my point is taht it was 49.95 and that minus 10 is less than 40

So it does require 512 mb RAM?

I thoght I heard some where that the dev got it down to requiring 256 mb RAM. Well RAM isn't that expensive any way and I need a video card and RAM upgrade, this just gives me more reason to do so.
