Just because he is standing next to a mosquito in reinforced doesn't mean he is going to be able to pilot it.
-Edit: Where is the driver? Well, looking at that screenie, it seems like the engines in the mosquito are running, which means the pilot is inside. My guess would be that in the interests of framerate and simplicity, the cockpit glass of the mosquito is opaque and you can't see the pilot. Derfud: You are wrong. Reinforced armor cannot pilot anything except quads and open topped buggies. No aircraft, no tanks, no IFVs. I've heard it said (but not stated with absolute authority) that reinforced armor can be in the gunner position in anything. That remains up in the air until something official is stated on the subject.

reinforced armors can only drive the harraser and can be the gunner in any vehicle

agiles and lower can drive/pilot anyhting. Reinforced is meant for Grunts. Reiforced can drive any open cockpit vehicle and can be transported in the Galaxy or the 2 APCs. Also, the same rules applies for gunners. It has to be open cockpit to have Mediums gun

The official word was, "reinforced armors can pilot any open cockpit vehicle". Buggies and Quads I think.
Basilisk, Wraith, Harasser, Enforcer, Maurader, Thresher and Enforcer.
