Outfits

Is there a way to look up individual outfits in PS? Can different outfits share the same name across different servers? I would think so.
There was an incident with the outfit named "GOON" on Mattherson this week, I tried to talk to them about it (What a waste of time, what bunch of idiots)

They, after many insults told me they were on miller server, I'm sure it was the same group, you could tell by the serious lack of intelligence and maturity...anyone who cheats is bad enough, but admitting it and bragging about it?

They held the Biolab all week by exploiting the jump pads and using alts to team kill, I know because it happened to me and my friends, until we figured it out and left them alone..but I don't like being farmed by cheaters and I'm sure none of you like it either..I play honestly and earn my experience like most of you.

I'm not sold that they are on one server only..if anyone can link up the GOON outfit page, the GOON that plays Mattherson, I would appreciate it..

I've seen some GOON tags on Miller but I don't know of any off the top of my head.
A quick search for GOON on the official forums (outfit recruiting in particular) yielded these results.
That's the only way I can think of to look up outfit info.

Yeah GOONS are the spawn of Something Awful forums they are known in EVE for using exploits.... Also in beta for doing the same thing. They have a hard on for killing Buzz and regularly during beta would all switch to TR and throw on names like Buzzcun7psycho etc. and TK him and blow up TR sundies. They are kinda the trash of the internet.

The goons arent dumb - but pretty much every other pejorative fits.

They go out of there way to play in such a way as annoy and drive away other players. If you try to talk to them they alternate between feigned stupidity and pompus asshole.
They consider it to be "in character" if called on it.

I wouldn't go looking for trouble from these guys.
They troll the Internet as well as games, with the sole mission to piss off others.
You don't wanna be in their crosshairs.
Better off letting them annoy others.
