what you will find is both the young hot tourist chicks and the locals running around looking to party,the locals are cocktail waitresses,strippers and bartenders that show up after work is over for them.
and of course some of them will screw you for cash LOL
but if you have some sort of game then getting laid is easily accomplished,just expect to pay for some drinks beforehand and don't be fucking cheap, make sure and tip the bartenders so you can get served right away when your glass is empty,I am talking atleast a $5 for your first drink and after that slip them a $20,that way when the place gets slammed and these girls come up to the bar to get a drink and can't get the bartender's attention,all you have to do is catch the tenders eye and they will run right over to you and that always sucks the girls right in,makes it very easy to talk to them after that.
another good tip is always find a seat by the waitress station at the bar,you can always talk to them and once they like you, you have it made.
at PH all you are going to find are tourists from the midwest or pros(hookers) looking to prey on idiot tourists.
you can also cross the street and hit up The Cosmopolitan or The Aria but those places are more for hitting the clubs and paying $20 for a drink or $400 bottles of vodka (minimum) for table service.
The Hard Rock is fun too, all these places have some crazy pool parties every weekend also.
the new trend in pools in Vegas is the whole euro topless deal, they charge ppl to go hang out at the pool and let the girls take off their tops and they friggin do it LOL
I don't really go hang out in these places anymore,at 52 years old it is just too goddamn mind numbing to listen to these silly drunk girls,I spent 15 years listening to that crap just to get laid and I don't think I can take it anymore.
if you are into world class buffets then hit up Caesars Palace, they have restaurants like Nobu preparing the food and you can pay for a one day deal and eat some pretty goddamn good food,you can sample all sorts of different styles of food there
