Effective Monday, May 15th, phone and chat support for technical and account support related issues will be available Monday through Friday 10:00am through 7:00pm PDT.
Phone support is available at (858) 537-0898. **(For SWG (858) 790-7827.)**
Chat support is available at http://station.sony.com/chat
Email support is still available any time at http://station.sony.com/email
