The issue now is when i launch the game i get the message that palnetside 2 has stopped working and then closes.

Ok so i wanna clsoe this thread the directX problem has been solved all i did was move all the files with dx9 out and to the desktop and reinstalled the directx 9 end run time user. fixed the bad image. So new thread posted for the "Planetside2.exe has stopped working"
