We bought our rigs at the same time, and the core hardware is identical. Runs Planetside like a dream. (Laugh at the video card, I did. He sold off his gForce FX5500 something or other to his roommate, but threw that one in just because you can't sell a rig without any video card - that's just marketing really)

Just giving him a shout out. I can put my word behind this hardware, because I use the exact same goods and I get excellent results.

*edit* - forgot to mention, the hardware was originally purchased at Christmastime, so it's not even that old.

Please refer to my use of the words "something or other" right after I said it. I'm not keen on Nvidia cards, all I know is that his vid card at the time was the latest model available.

I've always preferred using ATI cards myself.

I might bid on that, actually. GF is looking for a PC to play SWG on.

I'll have to think about it. I'd need to buy a new video card and i'd probly want to swap out the motherboard.

Do those software come in CD form? I mean, do you get the Windows CD/key and the norton CD's?

Wow, thats a pretty good deal. I'd bid on it if I wasn't flat broke and needed a computer.
