Primarily NA running on Eastern Standard Time. We do have several members in the EU though so there should be squads running throughout the day.

Yes, the intent is for us (The Enclave) to play on a US server. I have no means in which to judge server response time for PS2 but generally speaking our members from the UK and EU have had little trouble.
