It's from the Charlie Chaplin speech from "The Great Dictator" that someone on the forums posted earlier today and said someone should make a NC recruitment video of.

The problem is, you've got this speech about peace and humanity and crap and you're just showing PS2 video of the NC blowing up crap and killing doods which is completely counter to what the speech is about.
