Dumb question, but I have to ask: is pslog.dll actually in the same directory as PSCap.exe when you launched it?

You didnt proof nothing, your argument still being invalid.
1. Have you tested yourself a Hight RoF shotgun? The spread bullet its the same as every silver/gold ammo weapons
2. If Totheend has a bugged gun, his client will auto crash by the normal VS guy sweeper.
If the guy who was recording has the similar bug, why the VS guy sweeper was firing normal?
Having a weapon model bug since game loading is impossible, client check the models in the loading bar,

You can see the VS player sweeper without any type of change.

If you know "coding" you know Totheend was cheating

When you fire a gun , what happen? The cone of Fire increases=Less presicion=Less Damage

You can see a chaingun fire crossing, NOT coming from the sweaper, so tracers you saw before came from the chaingun.

Whether or not you believe me is irrelevant. Though your inability to understand basic english prevents you from understanding why you're wrong and I'm right. Sorry.

1. Where did this even come from?
2. No. On his end it would still be an MCG, it is a pure visual bug from other players perspectives. If he put away his weapon it would probably fix itself.

I already explained why on the VS sweeper.

No.

If what you mean to say is that the weapon becomes less accurate, then yes typically that is the case. However, a ROF hack is not going to increase the COF anymore then someone who isn't ROFing.

While there is indeed crossfire, tracers were coming out of his sweeper far before anyone else was firing.

Re: PSForever.net and PS1 Packet Capture

What is the tracer color from the "mcg" ?

If is red comes from the Chaingun
If is yellow comes from the No-Reload Punisher

Adding this at my last response, 4 diferent weapons were shooting at him

Chaingun
Sweeper called as mcg
Lasher
And the Thrumper
So those weapons, specially the thrumper cause the damage before and the Lasher wich was BEHIND him causing damage before too.

I tought this add was saved, I re-write it again

Look, I'm sure you're well meaning. But you're wrong. I don't really want to spend time explaining how a 11+ year old game with minimal patches for the last half of that, has bugs. Especially when that person seems to keep wandering into unknown territory and bringing up things irrelevant to the discussion.

Aweame, this disscussion is closed
The conclussion is that Totheend was hacking and that sadistic hacker is giving to all PlanetSide a lesson, who knows, it seems KingFeraligatr shared important info to those hackers.

Seems it is working fine today. I re-extracted into a new folder and everything seems to be fine.

Is there anything we should focus on while we play? Or is doing literally anything in the game helpful?

Re: PSForever.net and PS1 Packet Capture

Seriously guys, I need your help if we are going to capture all of this functionality.
Can we organize a time to meetup and capture while doing group things, such as driving or base capping?
I could technically make M-F past 7PM EST or some weekends.

Probably time to get some psforever forums up

Also, there are somethings I'll never be able to capture as a BR17, CR1. Would a BR25-40 and CR5 be willing to donate an account or their time for capturing? We gotta capture all of the cool CR5 shit.

I started last night with Virtual training. I fired all of the guns, flew around in a reaver for a bit. Loaded a few conts.

My sched is fairly sporadic, but if we throw out some times I can try and make some of them. I am EST.

Do you think it makes a difference that I'm doing it in the VR?

I'm CR5, BR 31 so I can help you with the CR5 stuff as well as they stuff we will need a couple of people for.

I'm EST, and my sched is sporadic but some weeks I have tons of free time so it just depends on when we can get together.

Re: PSForever.net and PS1 Packet Capture

Ignoring all the false accusations against me, I'm also open to testing things. I don't play everyday and I'm far from BR 40, CR 5; but I think my massive amount of alts and my main of BR 27, CR 3 will be able to get a lot of things tested. I just need t figure out how to send the data to you. Also, there's the problem we can't easily test the Cave weapons and vehicles and BFRs easily due to Core Combat not working (thr most reasonable theory I heard is that we are on perma-trial accounts, so that's why it doesn't work.). This also prevents the testing of other Cave related things.

Thanks for putting in the time towards the project! Please make sure you are writing a good description / title when saving capture files. Otherwise, figuring out what was captured will take more time. Also if I'm trying to capture specific features I usually make a dedicated capture for that. It's not required and it's definitely more work, but it could help later on. Hold on to those capture files. I'll eventually make a way to submit them to psforever.net.

Hows the capture tool working for you so far? Any crashes / unhanded exceptions? There was one I was getting really regularly, but I haven't released the fix (1.0.0.1) yet

As for meeting up, this week isn't the best, but I could possibly do Sunday. Let me know some times you're available in PM.
