Download or Buy?

When the planetside is fully released will it be download or do you have to buy it. I know that with Anarchy Online you are able to download the full game online without buying it. Will planetside be the same, because i hate have to 40 bucks for a game and then charging me 15 bucks a month. I think its best just have it download, but what's planetside gonna be like?

You do have to buy the game in stores, and it comes with a free month. Most A-grade MMOG titles are like this.

I think its gonna be a buy only game. Which most people dont have a problem with. It kinds sucks, but it seems at this point well worth it.

No demos, either. The best they could do is an offline training mode or a scaled-down version of the game, and I can't see either of those doing it justice.

Once the 7-day trial for AO runs out (and you havent canceled) you are charged the price of buying the game. The previous 7 days count as the first days in the free month.

oh really? it must have just charged the credit card and i didn't notice it on the bill. those sneaky little... if i could get my hands on those.... well i oughta.... oh well, i guess i gotta pay either way, unless i win the contest! ... Which i won't . but who cares?
