Hey guys, I'm Twistedpair, I have been playing planetside 2 since the Beta, and been a member of these forums since before that. I joined the forums in hopes of getting one of those glorious beta keys, but then just ended up buying one when the Alpha package came out! :/ I'm hoping to be posting more often as opposed to just looking up stats. I play with Fuus Ro Dah on Waterson, and a TR alt on Mattherson (cutely named "Officeslut"). I created the alt just so I could compare the differences with the different factions stock weapons. My advice to a new player is to start out with Terran Republic. Their weapons are extremely steady (little recoil) and shell out so much lead that even the noobiest player will be scoring kills right out of the gate. =) When I'm playing in Waterson, I'm usually leading Squads towards actual combat, rather than racing around in a galaxy hoping for easy ghosting.
