You have GOT to bring back a weapons with that effect the PPA weapon had yesterday. Nerf the damage to 0 (or 1 if the code wont allow) and let support vehicles (sundi, harrasser? GALAXY!) load it. it'd be the perfect assault support weapon.... on one hand cover the troops, on the other tell anyone from miles there is an attack!!!
