You open the video, wich you like to share.

And next to the "like and dislike" button, (right from it) you have the buttons.

"info" "share" and "add"...

There you use the button "share", then you get a short link. (There is a check box for sharing the whole playlist, if this box is not activatet, you get the short link, wich works here on this forum)
