Server Names - Back with the Old!

I've only seen posts on Continent naming, so I figured I'd call attention to a very not-so important feature that I personally would LOVE to see.

As I said, this is very unimportant, it has no impact on the game, but for a lot of us Vets, it would really pull us back into Planetside 2 with even more vigor.

Let us have all the old PS1 server names return as their PS2 counterparts!

We have a lot of people associated with a specific server in PS1. They might have tried others, but they were a community of specific servers.

Markov.... Werner... Emerald... bring back these old names so we can be sure that we will return to our comrades in arms as well as our most hated rivals!

More than just the sentimental value though, some players might only remember the server they were on and be able to reconnect with old friends that way. Some might not know where to go without these names, because, just like empire they served, they served in a certain specific world as well.

That's a bit of a stretch.

Getting Markov back as a West Coast server is an absolute must.

That's ok, I prefer my Galaxy, I had a lot of fun running over VS MAXs that jumped too high back in the Emerald glory days.

Would definitely like to play on Werner again.

It did seem like there were a lot of times the server would just give up and die, as if the hamster had stopped running on its wheel so there was nothing to power the server any more

Doesn't matter much to me. I play from EU, but wasnt around while EU servers still existed.

Markov VS were the elite of the elite...

At least sort off. We did have the problem of the Chinese guys blowing the gens at one point, even on already captured bases we were waiting for the hack timer. They were annoying.
