Name Restrictions

My name got reserved before I could reserve it with my alpha squad membership, and every other name I was going to use is also being used on some server (guess I need to stop being so trendy). I'm asking because my computer won't be finished until mid-December.

Three Questions:

1. If someone has my name on one server can I use it on a different server?
2. Can I create a character with one name on one server and create another with a different name on another server?
3. Can I use a different name than the one I reserved in the Alpha Squad promotion?
