Whoa MooKoo you reeeeally need to lighten up. I don't know what country you're from so don't know what sports you're into but whatever - you probably support a team, football, american football, basketball, baseball, rugby whatever. One of the best parts of supporting a team is taking the piss out of your rivals, and shoving the victories of your own team in your mates faces. With Planetside, its exactly the same - u support your own side and insult the opposition - but you are actually part of your team, so its even more satisfying when u win / annoying when u lose.

And as for why more people seem to slag of vanu than other empires, well have u seen what they wear? Purple????? What a bunch of posers

I wasn't saying they'll need a numerical advantage, just that it would fit the empire's style. This is just guessing, but the NC might not need as many support units to keep on going b/c they use less ammo to kill someone.

Damn. Looks like a lot of TR and NC peeps need to wake up and go outside. Purple is not in?!? Vanu is by FAR the most stylish of all the empires. Regardless of what you hide-in-your-house-all-day-and-wear-whatever-grungy-piece-of-clothing-that-happens-to-be-on-top-of-the-heap people think.

Ok so now my co-worker (she's fine as hell btw) thinks I am a freak cause I made her look at all the armors and pick out which one she likes the most. Suprise, she said they were all ugly but the Vanu (and those were cool, "for a video game"). You can't argue with the fashion advice of beautiful women.
