Might I suggest our AGN Streams section where you can just stream the recording live. It was recorded at 24kbps so it's 56K friendly. Plus you can move the winamp progress slider to any part of the show - listen to the first part in the morning, stream again and move the slider to the middle and listen to the 2nd part in the afternoon. There's just no reason to miss a show that you want to hear - PSU has the means to deliver it to you... even if you are on 56k.
