New server names

Not knowing the planetside lore... Do those names mean anything?

To me they just look hard to pronounce. At least the european servers.

Nothing to do with Planetside, they're all women from Greek Mythology(based on the ones I checked on wikipedia).

Most planetside base names are gods from various mythologies (greek, norse, egyptian, etc)

I wish they would name the US servers after something we can relate to. Like maybe name them after celebrities. We could have a server named Paris Hilton, one named Snookie, another named Justin Bieber...

Alright I don't know enough celebrities who are famous for nothing to carry on this conversation...

All the PS1 continents and bases were named after different mythology gods.
I guess they didn't bring back the old names just yet so people spread between the servers instead of all going to Werner, Markov and Emerald.

Actually these for SURE will change to Planetside themed names. We just decided to switch stuff up a bit for the newer players to get away from everyone thinking 01 is the place to be
