I, too, think that the the weapons in the old pictures are much cooler than the "new" design. Although I dont think we have any confirmation that they even are the same weapon. However, they are in every screenie for most soldiers (which sorta makes it feel like the basic MA), and we also know that the Cycler is now what it is..

Well, hard to theorycraft, but yes, I don't play TR, but if I did, I would much prefer the design presented on all the older screenshots.

Keep in mind these guns are supposedly going to be heavily customizable. I think the "new" cycler will probably look far better loaded up with scopes/flashlights/grenade launchers etc. etc.
