What vehicles require a tech plant?

I am thinking about changing up my certs and I was wondering which vehicles require you to have a tech plant to get them?

The tanks which would be the Prowler, Magrider, and Vangaurd. The heavy assault buggies which are the Maurader, Thresher, and the Enforcer. The aircraft Reaver. I think that is it, I wll go look though.

More: The Liberater and the Sunderer must have a tech plant to get.

you can only get it at a dropship center, even if its linked its too big to fit on the pad

Right, but do you also have to have a tech plant linked to get it or just the drop ship plant?

To get the galaxy u just need a dropship center or u can get it at sanc u dont need a tech plant linked to it.

To obtain AT Vehicles you need the Vehicle Module installed at the facility, do you need a Tech Plant linked as well?

No. AT vehicles are just AT, not AT+tech or anything too crazy like that. As if they're not hard enough to come by as it is.
