@1:40 seconds you can see the membership tab. To be honest there's not much to say about it but it's nice that we can have the option of signing up for a subscription if we wish to do so on top of the free to play model.

I don't remember them saying anything much about it. Just that "they're thinking about it".

I remember hearing them say it would be in game, they were still working out just what the sub service would provide for the players.

I think it was confirmed pretty early on, but said that the contents of it is still very much open.
