Voice macro is suposed to be "V" Not "B".

[E] - Move Up (Single Tab: Stop Descending or Short Elevation / Double Tap: Elevate Lock / Triple Tap: Faster Elevation Lock)
[C] - Move Down (Single Tap: Stop Elevating or Short Descent / Double Tap: Descent Lock / Triple Tap: Faster Descent Lock)

[F] [Middle Mouse Button] - Voice Chat Outfit
[F5] - Voice Chat Squad (Most used next to outfit)
[F6] - Voice Chat Empire
[F7] - Voice Chat Echo ?
[F8] - Voice Chat Global (Is this local or to all players?)

Melee Attack sounds like quick knife attack, but I'd want to time it by selecting it and simply holding it out instead of not being able to strafe while stabbing (if that's how it works). Similarly, instead of "Use Grenade", I'd want to select the grenade, then aim and time it.

And yep - I rebound keys when I was at SOE so it's definitely changeable.

Though I do believe it should be V by default and change fire mode should be X

It seems a silly thing to make an issue, much less a thread out of, but I do somewhat agree. V is better and it's traditional, for Planetside if nothing else.

Personally, I think X would make a better keybind for "Switch Firegroup," as it's a command that you need to have easily accessible but not as quick or as often as VVV.

Also as has been mentioned, while you can rebind it, it would make confusion when refering to the commands between players. And what about quick commands? Would the fastest be BBB, and become VBB when switched?

Not really that big a deal, but hopefully we can get it changed in beta regardless. I mean in veta.

V = Switch Fire Group. Does that mean changing the rate of fire from single shot to semi or auto? (V did that in BF3 for some weapons....)
