The MCG is my favourite so far, mainly because it feels so American-it shoots a thousand slugs a sec (not literally but you get my point) is the crappiest precision weapon around and hurts like a mofo. It fits us perfectly, we shoot enough ammo at something until it dies!

Why do I get the feeling that NC and VS partisans are voting for MCG to screw the democratic process?

Who the hell would vote for MCG? It's mediocrity incarnate. No instagib, no splash. Just solid math that adds up to around a full second per kill, if not slightly more.

Call me a skeptic, but I think people are voting for anything but their true favorite for fear of the nerf stick. It's happened before.

I voted honestly... Phoenix. And I really hope it gets nerfed.

Damn Veteran, why can't you just accept the fact that no matter what its properties are, any chaingun is going to be popular. As it stands, it isn't bad, and of all three HA it is the most consistant over its effective range.

Vet, I voted for Pheonix, and I'm NC, but that's not the point. This poll is about your favorite weapon, not the best one . Sure, the MCG isn't 1336 right now, but it's still incredibly fun to spit out huge numbers of bullets. 'Nuff said.
