New Comp problems

Just gota new computer and it runs ps great, there is only one problem however. In planetside, no matter how low i turn the video settings, there is missing pixels and colors where there shouldnt be... i can see the "polly" lines where the sky is constructed. Also, on my normal desktop there are pixels off color that appear to be "missing"

I set up a brand new version of norton antivirus and its found nothing. The comp has a radon 9800 pro and im using it on a monitor thats atleast 2-3 years old. Could that have something to do with it? Any ideas on how to fix this would be grealy appreciated. Thank you.

Misc Info

Try the newest drivers of the ATI website. It could be a problem with the GPU sometimes they have defects and you may have to RMA it
