Permanent faction choice on Beta & Release

Will make this short:

If I choose to play as a certain faction on a specific server during beta, will I still be faction-locked @ release?

For example, if I choose to play NC during beta on West-01, will I still be locked as NC on West-01 at release, or do faction choices / ranks rest at release?

Definitely not, everything will be clean slated for release.
