Not bad at all, I personally like the banner with the left bar coordinated....neatly integrating the menu and such, pulling the site together under a big theme.

So get working on a banner with left bar graphics eMa

I can pretty much do anything with those buttons. Should make something that divides them across the banner so they line up with it
