You got it right, and the VS plane is the Scythe.

There is no visual indication from them yet that any plane is common-pool. All the Galaxies we have seen are in NC colors, nothing in VS or TR colors.

As far as I'm concerned, if they had nothing that was common-pool, that would be fine. Just for the audibles.
