I think people who aren't in beta are losing interest.
Many who are have been offered other new interesting games lately.
As a veteran myself it's hard to coax them in or back in, when I'm tired of MAX nerfs, wipes; and my keenness to get into the full thing so my gear isn't taken away again (simply so I can access a dual cycler (which should be available as STANDARD (now at a cost per MAX and grind for the weapon itself))) is matched by the caution of not knowing if this thing is gonna be ready for Nov 20.
The new continents aren't enough, people are already complaining about identikit bases. Doesn't bother me so much.
