I'm running on 64-bit Windows 7 just fine, with tons of FPS!

I get 480 fps in sanc. ;P

Over 200 in combat.

You do have to run it in admin mode though! Launch launchpad as admin.

Also, expectancy is that server is down to fix a bug where Core Combat hasn't been flagged for players. Probably to do with the server switch to the west coast back then.
