Yes, 12 Hours.

EX: You've been playing NC, then switch to TR. You can't switch back for 12 hours.

Thx, that's what I was afraid of. Haven't played since before the Gemini merger, was hoping with 3 empires on one server to pick from they'd give us more slack. Kind of lame. I used to have a different empire on 3 different servers...
