I have never, not once, seen in game someone's outfit below their name. I've seen it in screenshots, but not in game. Can you guys see them? I can see my outfits decal, but no one else in the outfit can, which is a bug. Is it all one big bug with outfits?

I see outfit names all the time. Press ctrl + N. There are several modes of naming schemes.
