question about 3rd person view..

is this game going to be like
Battlefield 1942, where if you get into a vehicle, you can switch to third person view if you want to? because that is what i am used to

i dunno i always imagined it like ground vehicles are third person air vehicles are first.

In the galaxy the passangers are 3rd person view.

In the gunning seat of all buggys/galaxy and while flying skeeter/reaver/galaxy its first person.


Its 3rd person from the drop pods.


Not sure about view from inside an APC.

Not sure if you can change the view while driving.

aye you can see yourself with a third person view. There will likely be sevral camra angles in adition to the standard First person and third person.

im fairly certain that aircraft are always firstperson because the advantage of having the passengers of a galaxy see in third person is they can warn the pilot and gunners where the enemey is comming from. however i could be absolutly wrong on this and i hope i am. i would like to be able to see myself.

There's a first-person or a third-person option for everything.

ON every movie I've seen thus far it seems you can switch between 1st and third, though again only from movies it makes it harder to shoot.

I'm also pretty sure that everyone in a Galaxy not pilot or gunner is in Third...

3rd person veiw is always handy when you aren't in combat. You can see what is behind you as well. And you can rotate your view, which makes for nice screen shots.
Fighting in 3rd person, however, would be quite difficult. Combat, for me, will be in first person.

Im glad that 3rd person is also an option. I will wanna see all my diff weps and how they look...not that it matters but i guess id rather kill in style
