Could this be the Lightning?

Remember Higby saying that the lighting would be "a lot different" or something like that in PS2. We already know its a multipurpose vehicle, but could it also function as a light APC as well? We have been told that the Deliverer is NOT going to be in at launch but the Lightning is. It would also make sense that the reason its taking so long to get ready to be shown is because it is going to be very versatile, requiring a more work that other vehicles, requiring more models and more skins.

I'd say it's Deliverer type of vehicle - looks more like a transport, than a 1 man light tank.

I'm just saying, what if it could be configured to haul soldiers as well as set up as a one man assault vehicle. Something like that guy suggested a while back on the forums for buggies. I mean with configurations, they could kill Lightning, Deliverer, Buggy with one vehicle.

Also since a Deliverer will not be in for launch (which looks pretty assured at this point) I doubt they are wasting their time drawing up one for some DLC way off down the road.

Actually we know whats it is Its a APC from nanites sythem ! its a smaller troops transport but we dont know how many people fit in and we dont know if we can atach weapons or not lol but its clearly an APC
