i just read a post talking about planetside being a game with a story that changes as the game goes on.have some people at SOE constantly adding to the story depending on the out come of certain campains or even battles to the point where what you do really does matter.think about it say a nc squad goes to a continent held by say the VS but the VS are off some other place trying to capture some other continent. this squad gets a few bases caped then others join in and eventually get a cont lockwhile still still leaving enough people to defend there other continents. the devs take these happenings into acount then develop a basic story line being updated periodically. and based on these stories adding new things into the game. such as new weoponry discovered by the vanu then stolen by the NC and the terrans then modified to match the specialties of each empire.this is just a basic idea please tell me what you think.
