So how about it? a new implant that is the opposite of surge, which while enabled slows down your perspective of everything around you, with some sort of a slight autoaim feature. The game physics probably won't allow this, and even if it did it would probably be better to be faster anyway, but if it was possible, and it really did slow down everything and everyone around you, while you retain a normal foot speed i might add, could add a new reverse perspective of surge. Probably won't work though, but if it could. The big if.

The engine won't allow it. Plus, bullet-time in multiplayer is near impossible to implement properly.

It would just look like you are going ber fast. But you would have to make it drain like 5 stamina a second to balance the berness.

Perfect Dark tried it, basically everyone slowed down it was like playing it on a 486 without the bullet time

Not going to happen in planetside.

they would all go "WTF?!?! Shit! Who's the n00b using BulletTime?' And could you imagine the exploiting? Like a Surge + 'Blurge' + PShield combo? OUCH!

Return all the Matrix Movies back to the video store. If you own, them...put them away for a while...let it go...I know, its tough to do. I had the same problem with all the Star Wars movies.

So you want things to move slower, and your weapon to just aim for you. New to sniping?

Heh. If you ever TRULY get into sniping in this game, you will get more of a rush slamming surge monkey jumpers at 400m than anything else in this game.

EXCEPT maybe slamming 10,000 lbs of ordinance into a bunch of tree hugin' Ceryshen Bridge jumpers....GAWD that was SO kickass.
