2. when you squad spawn do you always come forma drop pod or only when your a max?

I can only answer the second, in squad spawning you drop down in a pod.

The E3 streams had hit indicators so... probably, yeah.

I'm hoping they remove MAXes from even being able to squad spawn, but yeah, right now MAXes and everyone else comes down in drop pods.
