THANK YOU!!! It's like an avatar with a cute face and an ugly ass....as the player all we see in 3rd person is the ugly ass. Our enemies get to enjoy the fucking awesome menacing look that is the cylon-esque design.

I agree, scythes from the rear look absolutely terrible.. they are perfect looking from the front. But their rear view, at least to me, seems to have sacrificed all of its beautiful form factor just to avoid looking too much like a cylon raider. Which... well... *sniffles* isn't how it should be.

true story, the original was awesome too, so so wish they'd make a 3rd... I heard they were a while back and then the talk just died off :'(

We just need to geht the rear beams in an angle, make the end less bulky, that would fix it i guess.

I like both the original and the redesigned one, but if they make the rear sleeker, it will cause too many "copyright" issues with the cylon one. (i.e. the original front and your photoshopped version's ass)

Also I don't think they are going to redesign it so close to Closed Beta (praying its in next few weeks)

But yeah, good effort.

It's a good re-design, but I think I like the original better. It's supposed to look different compared to the Reaver and Mossie. That said, I wouldn't mind if they changed the back end of it and toned down the fins. Seems like there might be a lot of us that don't like the rear of the vehicle, maybe we could talk the dev team into modifying that?

I think what they need to do with the Scythe is take the blades they have on the front end of it and apply it to the back also. It would give it a sleeker look, while at the same time getting rid of the clunky looking back end of it.
