Medic - grenades

Not new to the game but was curious how effective the medical grenades were: (radius of effect etc)

Mosly the rez grenade and its effective radius as well as what %health those rezed come back with. Does it act like a regular grenade (bounce it off walls etc, or does it act like a sticky grenade?)
