Description: We are a moderately organized Outfit determined to foster player's natural talents and get them playing roles they are both good at and enjoy.
Member Target: Mature players of any experience or role preference who are willing to play at least a few hours a week.

Our History:
Our outfit was formed prior to the release of the Planetside 2 Beta.
Many of our players are veteran Planetside 1 players with multiple years of experience.
Our ranks include members of every former CR, with many having achieved BR 25.

How will we play PS2?
Players will be allowed to pursue any certifications they would like, though if you are indecisive feel free to aim for one of the roles we need filled!
Squad and Platoon leaders will be selected based on merit and interest. Players with PS1 veterancy will not be given preferential treatment (though they are likely to already have experience that will prove invaluable in tryouts!).
Like-skilled players will be assembled into loose squads and task forces (for instance, Air Cavalry squads) so they can be organized to put their skills to most effective use when needed.

What do we have to offer our members?
We offer guidance, training for new players (or experienced players hoping to gain a new skill), merit-based advancement, Outfit forums, and will soon boast a private TeamSpeak server (once Beta gets started).
Our community is mature and very friendly! If you are respectful to your fellow players, you can expect to be treated well.

What sort of members are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit any mature prospective players that are willing to devote a few hours a week to the game (no one here expects you to play Planetside as a second job... though you are more than welcome to if you can get away with it!). This is to facilitate scheduled Outfit nights as well as a decent server population on standard days.
While Planetside 1 veterancy is a huge plus, don't worry if you have only recently joined the Planetside community! New players are more than welcome, and if you feel overwhelmed, just let us know and we will do our best to ensure you find your groove!

What are our Outfit rules and requirements?
Our most important rule is show common courtesy to your fellow players and the community. This extends outside the outfit as well. Remember that you represent our Outfit to the community at large, even when you are off these forums!
During Outfit nights we will adopt a slightly stricter chain of command, and players will be expected to stick to their roles and follow most orders. This is simply so we can ensure that everyone has a good time and we serve as an effective force when people have taken time out of their schedules to enjoy the game as a group. (Don't worry, while you may be given instructions, you will never be yelled at or verbally abused in any way. This is a game, not Full Metal Jacket!)
