After I hit submit (I figured why not try) I was taken to a screen that asked for my "Autherization Code" and if I didn't have one I could enter in my-e-mail address and request one.

I'm starting to think it's going to be like that EQ Beta test e-mail I got yesterday, where it had a code you have to enter if you want to sign up for the beta.

I can't get to the form anymore, but you can all droll over this for now.......

so specs were selected from a list right? no auto-detection?

and should i go home to sign up? i cant check my email from work unless i send it to my work email and i dont want to do that.

Well the page doesent work yet, so you have nothing to worry about

The system specs were all from drop down menus. No auto detect. If it does infact ask for the "Auth Number" when they get it back up I'd have it sent to your house.

You do get to submit all your other info before you get to that point, so might as well.

I'd also think that they are going to want to test the game with a fair ammount of testers. Say 100+ I mean it is an MMOFPS. Can't do a whole lot of testing if you only have 10 guys in each empire.

So far only 80 people have even taken the pole on the site so I don't think we have to worry about the beta filling up in the first hour.
